When a venture capital firm faces a financial crisis, fearless partner Whitney derails a tense board meeting to announce the team’s participation in “Marvin on the Rock” a Montreal based (real) charity talent show. What follows is a spiral of disastrous vocal lessons, outrageous costumes, and mounting stage fright; especially for anxious partner Scott, who fears a bad dance number could ruin his reputation as a serious investor.
The McRocks: The Road to Rockin’ Marvin on the Rock is a sharp, heartfelt workplace comedy about ego, teamwork, and the terrifying power of showing up for each other under the spotlight.
